With the Christmas break now upon us we wanted to outline to you our instructions for emergencies over this period.

We will continue to work from the office until 4pm on Tuesday 23^rd December, after which our opening times are as follows:

Boxing Day                                 Closed

27^th December                            Closed

28^th December                            Closed

29 – 31^st December                   Open 10am – 2pm

New Years Day                            Closed

2^nd January 2026                       Business as usual

Outside of these hours any essential repairs should be reported to us via email at lettings@boothroyd.co.uk.

Should you have a genuine gas or electricity issue then our emergency number for such instances are listed below.

Should you have a gas maintenance emergency on days the office isn’t manned please contact Rheams Heating & Plumbing on 07973 900140.  Also, for electrical maintenance emergencies during this time contact Hertz Electrical on 07734 385543.

So, we would advise all tenants familiarize themselves with the location of the mains water stopcock, location of the fuseboard with trip switches and the location of your gas meter.
