I am writing to update you on our procedure for repairs and maintenance during this period of lockdown.
In line with Government direction we have closed our offices but our team remain available on the telephone and via email. We will be keeping any contact between members of the public to an absolute minimum.
From this point we will be cancelling any non-essential maintenance during this period and all property inspections until further notice. We have spoken with our contractors and discussed arrangements for emergency repairs over the coming weeks. I hope that you understand that however, this depends on the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved. With that in mind I would ask that you contact the office, either via email or telephone during normal office hours with details of the emergency. Needless to say we anticipate further instructions from Government and will contact you further should there be need to amend these arrangements.
